How long is the free plan or trial account available?

A. You can use it for one year. If you wish to continue using the service beyond the period, please contact your sales representative.

Free plan/trial accounts are provided for evaluation by customers and development partners and do not have front-end app hosting functionality.

What is the fee for using a trial account?

A. We currently offer a free trial account to evaluate Hexabase. There is no charge for use. The features provided are the same as the "free plan".

Is there a limit to the number of databases and items that can be created for each plan?

A. There is currently no upper limit. If you plan on using it on a large scale, please contact us in advance.

How is the "excess amount" defined in "Number of API users per hour" in the price list?

A. We count the number of users using the service from 00:00 to less than 00:00 the next day. If you exceed the limit, you will be charged according to the surcharge.

Example: If 2 excess users use the service from 12:30 to 13:30

⇒ "2 users between 12:00 and 13:00" + "2 users between 13:00 and 14:00" will be recorded.

The additional fee is 125 yen x 2 users x 2 hours = 500 yen (excluding tax).

Is there a limit to the number of requests that can be accepted, depending on the price plan?

A. Currently, we are building plans based on the number of users using the API at the same time.

There is no upper limit to the number of API requests that can be accepted, but if you are planning to use the API on a large scale, please contact us separately. Depending on the situation, it may be necessary to build an individual environment.

What is the contract unit for "Front-end app hosting" in the price list?

A. One application costs from 15,000 yen per month (excluding tax).

What will be the cost if I operate with multiple tenants?

A. Usage fees are charged per workspace.

Please contact us if you wish to use multiple workspaces.

What are the usage fees if I obtain an account through a development partner?

A. It depends on the relationship between the development partner and your company, so please check with the development partner to find out about the workspaces provided by the development partner.

How can I receive Hexabase support during development?

A. Q&A support through the Hexabase community site is included in the monthly fee. In addition to an open area on the community site, a private discussion board for development partners can be provided (within the scope of the monthly fee).

On the other hand, when responding to questions and requests on community sites, it is difficult to specify a deadline for responses, and the real-time response is low, so in some cases, we provide a support system for individual projects for a fee.

The content of paid support depends on the budget and needs of each project, but the most common example is participation in weekly meetings and support for API usage and design policy.

Depending on the case, some projects provide functional enhancements for a fee, such as providing back-end issue management and progress reports for functional enhancement improvements and guaranteeing delivery dates according to the project schedule.

Especially for the first development project with Hexabase, it would be effective to form a team with members from development partners who have experience with Hexabase.
